When do we collect your personal data? – When you visit vivespanish.com and fill out an inquiry form, we record the information and use it to contact you regarding that registration or inquiry. – When you complete the level test, we email you your details and your test results. – If you contact us with a complaint, we will share the details of that complaint with the school or the person concerned in order to investigate and help resolve the issue. – If you send an email to info@vivespanish.com, you will be providing us with some of your personal data. We will use this data to respond to you professionally and transparently.
4. Who we share your data with
We only share the information you provide when making an inquiry or request. You provide this data with your consent, and that consent serves as our legal basis for processing it.
We work with other companies, such as IT firms that support our website and business systems, financial companies that process payments, and courier services. These companies only have access to your data to the extent necessary to fulfill the contract between you and us.
