We have a team dedicated to the social programme, putting together a monthly calendar of activities and excursions that you can sign up for, many of which are free. Check here for timetables and general prices.
Please note:
The minimum number of students required to organise an activity is 4.
The timings of some activities may change. Should this happen, the school will notify students using all available means: noticeboards, email, text messages or WhatsApp, etc.
Free activities at school
traditional Spanish games, competitions, workshops, video forums, talks and discussions, debates, etc.
Free guided tours of the historic centre
Deadline for booking: Monday at 3.00 pm.
The Quart and Serrano Towers, the Cathedral, the Plaza de la Virgen, the Silk Exchange, the Central Market, the Colón Market, the Estación del Norte and the Plaza del Ayuntamiento.
Price: Free
Time: every Monday at 6.00 pm.
Guided cycling tours
Deadline for booking: by 3.00 pm on the Wednesday before.
Walk along the river, the lagoon, the historic centre, etc.
Price: 2 hours / €10
Time: the second Thursday of the month at 6.00 pm.
Visits to museums
Deadline for booking: by 3.00 pm on the Tuesday before.
IVAM, Science Museum, Fallas Museum, Pío V, etc…
Price: from €3
Time: 6.00 pm on the last Wednesday of the month.
One-off cultural events
(Christmas, Epiphany, Fallas, Easter)
For guided tours, the deadline for signing up is 3.00 pm on the day of the activity.
On certain important dates, we combine Spanish lessons with the relevant festival or celebration through related activities both within the school and outside.
Price: Free
Timetable: these take place during the specific period of the festival, either during class hours if they are workshops, or afterwards if they are visits.
Guided coach trips to nearby towns
Registration deadline: by 3.00 pm on the Saturday before.
(Xátiva, La Albufera, Peñíscola, etc.)
Price: from €10
Time: 10.00 am on the third Saturday of the month.
Golf
Deadline for booking: by 3.00 pm on the Saturday before the event.
Combine your Spanish lessons with a round of golf very close to Saler beach.
Price: from €50
Time: the second Saturday of the month at 10.00 am.
